This past year has offered me an opportunity to expand my knowledge and leverage my skills in new industries. I recently acquired a certification in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, learning the basics of Lean and Six Sigma, Lean Organizational Culture, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, and Lean Manufacturing. These insights supported my recent work in Lean consulting, where I built information decks, created Lean road maps and frameworks, crafted thought leadership articles, and developed implementation plans, for consulting clients.
