I supported my parents’ start-up organization, The Bryan Consortium Inc., in a freelance capacity from 2018-2022. Their organization provides consulting solutions with Lean Six Sigma principles and training programs for White, Yellow, Green, and Black belt levels. I later provided regular support for their company as a contractor from 2023 to 2024. During my tenure at the organization, I created their company website, working with the leadership team to develop key content and select strategic images to support key messages and resonate with target audiences. Some of my other projects included drafting articles showcasing Lean principles and thought leadership, designing communications materials like flyers and business cards, and drafted supporting Lean projects with materials such as project roadmaps.
