This audio file and poster introduced a new initiative to celebrate the five-year anniversary of the company under this new name, as well as the impact that preceding company brands have had over 100 years in North America. I used our monthly newsletter to invite people to share stories of the company’s growth, development and impact. This initiative was eventually adopted by the Corporate Communications Team as the “Allegion Voices” project, and shared with employees across the globe.
