Below are a few samples from my Allegion Community News project. I would use audio clips, audio transcripts and newsletters as part of an employee engagement initiative. I saw an opportunity to introduce the wins and achievements of each department, promote our company values and share information on upcoming initiatives.
August 2017
This community news sample was from the beginning of the project, when I was introducing the idea and soliciting participation from my colleagues. It grew to be a thriving project.
April 2018
The monthly community news continued to grow and expand, with the addition of a paper and digital newsletter, in addition to the audio clip and transcript. I also leveraged my French skills to offer bilingual content to employees across Canada.
